As PURPLEFARM builds its presence in Germany, having the right people on the ground matters. Felix Grammatikopoulos joins us in Berlin as Commercial Lead, Germany, leading commercial development across pharmacies, distribution partners and the wider medical cannabis market.
His route here is not especially conventional. Felix began in recruitment, then moved through B2B consulting and account management before entering Germany's medical cannabis sector. Most recently, as VP Business Development at mediproCan Pharma, his work covered revenue, pricing, go-to-market strategy and market expansion.
That progression matters to us. Germany is a market where growth depends on more than product availability. It requires an understanding of how pharmacies, distributors and industry partners work together, and the patience to build relationships that can last.
Felix also brings an analytical side to the role. He studied business administration before moving into computational science at the University of Potsdam. It is a combination we value: commercial instinct on one side, analytical thinking on the other.
At PURPLEFARM, his job is simple to describe and harder to execute: build the market locally. His remit includes commercial strategy, market development, partnerships and long-term growth as we establish the brand in Germany.
Our reputation in Canada has been built around selected genetics, cultivation and a clear point of view on premium cannabis. Entering Germany means translating that proposition to a different market without losing what makes PURPLEFARM distinct.
That is why a local commercial presence matters. We want to listen to the market, work closely with partners and build with a long-term view, rather than manage Germany from a distance.
Felix is an important part of that next chapter. You will see more of him as PURPLEFARM's German presence takes shape, starting from Berlin and built on the ground.
